This customer came to us with a need to get their WIFI signal from their main house across a lake their rental cabins. They were tired of paying high prices for a cellular hot spot for their rental guests. Charter has a connection to the main house but would not run a line to the cabins about 500ft across the lake.
We set up a Ubiquiti wireless bridge across the lake from the main house to one of their cabins. Once the distance/lake was bridged we setup a powerful outdoor WIFI access point that gives a great signal in and around the cabins.
